Do you hear a lot of talk about abundance but you’re not sure how to attract it or how to create an abundance practice? Are you living an abundant life but feel there’s still something missing?  Perhaps you’re living an abundant life but you’d like a group experience?  Well keep reading because 28 Days of Abundant Practice has been created specifically for you!

After speaking with you on Twitter, Instagram and Facebook, I want to help you work with abundance in a practical way.  This will involve focusing on health, wealth and happiness in small simple ways, each and every day.

I love the behind the scenes conversations I’ve been having with you all so far, but I’d like to encourage you to share your experiences each day with each other.  To help with this, just take a photo of yourself taking part in the challenge and post it in the Facebook group on Instagram and Twitter.  In addition to the usual #motherofabundance hashtag, the one for this specific challenge is #28daysofabundance.

Try to keep up with the daily tasks, I’m keeping them as simple as possible so that you’ll be encouraged and incorporate these things into your already busy lives.  Some of the tasks will actually save you some time anyway, like the quick nutritious meals or the fast high-intensity workouts.  Tell us how you’re getting on with the challenges, share your struggles and successes.
