Your task for this first day of the 28 Days of Abundant Practice is to eat something healthy and plant-based.

The feedback I’ve had recently from Mothers of Abundance is that you often feel as though there aren’t enough hours in the day to get through your task list.  Whether your list is finished or not, you’re often too exhausted to engage with your children when the day is done.

Do you want more energy?  You’ll get out what you put in.

Plants are energy giving foods.  Not all plant-based foods are healthy though (vegan bacon-butty, anyone?) so I’ve been specific with the challenge.  The less processed the food is, the better.  Try to incorporate more of them into your life.  This could be in the form of full plant-based meals, or just as simple as eating more fresh fruit each day.

Eat Something Healthy & Plant Based

#28daysofabundance

I started my day with some oat porridge.  It’s made with rice milk, almonds, sultanas, raisins, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla and a splash of maple syrup.  A great way to start the day – especially as it’s snowing outside!!

Will this be a hard thing for you to do, or will it be a cinch?  Comment below.
