Your task on Day 28, the final day of the 28 Days of Abundant Practice Challenge, is to make time to reflect.

We’ve covered a lot over the past 28 days.  Did you manage to keep up?  Let’s reflect over some of the themes and discuss the importance of reflection in general.

We’ve covered

  • ambition mindset
  • planning your ideal life
  • making time for yourself, your husband and your children
  • morning and nighttime routines
  • food planning
  • finances

…and much, much more!

Remember to take a look at the habit tasks, so that you can create habits from this challenge.

We’ve covered health, wealth and happiness for a truly holistic abundant practice.

In addition to reflecting on your performance throughout the challenge, don’t forget to reflect on your general plans at the end of each day, week, month and year.  Look at what you said you’d do and compare that to what you actually did.  Carry forward any outstanding tasks to your current or next period (day/week/month/year).

Top Tip:  Don’t forget to brainstorm and get your ideas out of your head and into your journal or planner.

This is one of the best ever techniques for avoiding or curing overwhelm.  I honestly think that keeping a tonne of information in your head is a ticket straight to overwhelm, exhaustion and burnout.  Get it written down and planned.  Get it done.

What was your favourite task?  What was your least favourite task?  Which tasks did you feel were most relevant to you and why?  Think of an ambitious mother you know who would benefit from this challenge and share it with them.  Leave your comments below.
